NHS N3 NETWORK

 

Bob was Head of Marketing for the contract owner for this project to deliver the NHS national broadband infrastructure that linked every  GP hospital and clinic in England.

He  delivered a fully integrated set of activities signed off by the NHS programme owner to promote service  awareness and best practice. This included website management, regular customer newsletters and digital communications and a programme of regional and national events as well as managing new product launches.

INTEGRATED MARKETING

 

Bob led an award winning team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to large business and public sector organisations. This used a range of digital channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter and regular emails and newsletters to customers.

 

Key requirements were in working with agencies to create engaging marketing assets on time, within budget and to high standards. 

MARKETING AUTOMATION​

Bob directed  the pilot activity for a well-known IT and communications brand to move to a new digital marketing platform within an aggressive six-week timescale.

Success for this high-profile programme required identifying the right people to get things done, a clear plan to deliver and consistent focus to design two campaigns, identify relevant metrics to for success, build digital assets, test and execute.

This project, the results and lessons learned led to a successful roll-out of the digital platform across the entire business unit.
